A multi-year and multi-phase remodel all in collaboration with Michael Matteucci of Architetti.Matteucci. Of note are the exterior facade where the exisiting stucco was replaced by vertical v-groove siding and all new exterior hardscape/landscape combo. For the interior, every room was address with upgraded windows and new paint. The only original portion of the interior left are the lower kitchen cabinets and countertop. All other built ins and wall cabinets were fabricated on site by our team.
