A multiphase remodel that started with an interior gut of half the house. This phase reconfigured the dining, kitchen, laundry, and powder room. All new fleetwood window and sliders were added within custom steel frames. The custom millwork is of plain sawn white oak veneer and solid white oak wood. The exterior deck and front porch were later redone in ipe. As well a new driveway gate and trash bin enclosure. The final phase consisted of a studio conversion, some hardscape, and all new front fence.
