A new ground up ADU that was under Historic Preservation zoning. We were originally tasked to remodel an exisiting carriage house but due to its old age, it was demolished. This project included all custom milled trim and doors. The unit includes a full kitchen, full bathroom, in unit laundry, proper living room, and bedroom.
