A whole house remodel and addition of a master bath. The kitchen was originally partitioned into three separate spaces but was opened up to allow for a kitchen island and nice breakfast table. Both bathrooms were designed and laid out with the tile dimensions in mind - this allowed for their very intentional installation to stand out. The kitchen cabinetry was all fabricated and finished on site with a custom 1 of 1 color. On the outside, an existing courtyard was extend with the master bath addition and incorporated a new fountain.
